Spicy Albay 4 is the 4th photo convention by the Mayon Photography Club Inc the 2nd oldest camera club in the Philippines registered with SEC founded in 1981. The first Spicy Albay was held in 2001 with Cindy Kurleto as one of our models before she was discovered, the Spicy Albay 2 was held 9 years after in 2010 with Venus Raj as our cover model before she became a beauty queen with another one currently an official candidate in the Binibining Pilipinas and we have made it a point to have it yearly since then to showcase the Province of Albay, give photographers the chance to learn advance photography with local unknown beauties as models. We also make it a point to have a basic photography seminar at least a month before the convention. We also have a fellowship night during the photographers dinner to improve camaraderie among us. the affair also coincides with the Magayon Festival here in Albay.
