1. The Walang Iwanan Promo will run from July 30, 2013 to August 8, 2013 only.
2. The winner of the Walang Iwanan Promo will be chosen and judged by Open Communications Inc. and Get Hooked 360,Inc., Lenovo Mobile Philippine’s third party agency.
3. Winners will be notified via email, social networking, text message, or phone call within 1 day after the draw.
4. To claim your reward, two (2)valid IDs with picture (e.g. driver’s license, passport, company or school ID),and the official notification letter sent via email.
5. Winning photo entries will be verified by Open Communications Inc. and/or Get Hooked 360, Inc.representatives. Failure to comply with the promo mechanics means forfeiture.
6. Prizes must be claimed on/before August 10, 2013. Failure to acknowledge and/or to claim the prize within the specified time frame means forfeiture.
7. Rewards are not convertible to cash.
8. Winners will shoulder the cost of transportation to and from Open Communications Inc./Get Hooked 360, Inc.when claiming the prize.
9. In case of disputes, the decision of Open Communications Inc. is deemed final.
