exhibitors-orientation1

Another WSI success! The recently concluded Exhibitor’s Orientation for the 8th Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) welcomed everyone from the industry at the lobby of the World Trade Center Air- Conditioned Tent. Almost all exhibitors, partner association and sponsor flocked the venue last February 22,2012 and were all thrilled and looking forward to the upcoming biggest automotive event of the year. Making sure each detail and point was addressed was WSI Consultant, Edward Diamonon who also led the invocation and program flow of the event.

Opening the orientation was the announcement of the soon to be constructed venue beside the WTCMM Air- conditioned which will be opened for more exhibitors of the car industry. The construction of the new venue will make up the 30,000sqm of exhibit floor area of cars and car- related finds, the biggest in the country. The organizers prepared exhibitor's kits which were distributed to all the attendees and contained event posters, postcards, flyers and other collaterals. Snack and drinks were served as the attendees absorb the main points and flows of the event come March.

After the orientation, exhibitors were welcomed to an open forum that addressed their specific needs and queries for the event particularly in the realms of ingress, egress and parking. Exhibitors were well assured of ample parking spaces at the CITEM Compound throughout the course of the event and will be issued Exhibitors' Car Passes for ease of identification.

The orientation rounded up with the anticipation and excitement for the 8th MIAS which will happen on MARCH 29 to APRIL 1, 2012 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila and the Philippine Trade Training Center.
